The ESC of the YIKONG YK4106 RC Car still burned out

I’ve been playing with the original ESC of my yikong yk4106 rc car for half a year, and finally it burned out. It even burned through the interior trim of the yikong yk4106 rc car. 

I’ll have to change the ESC, and then I’ll have to replace the remote control and the light control as well. Since I’m at it, I might as well change the servo for the differential lock too. 

The wiring of the yikong yk4106 rc car is a bit messy, but I’ll just make do with it and keep playing.
